Shipping & Returns


Delivery costs are calculated according to current Australia Post Parcel Post charges plus a handling charge.

The handling charge ensures your fragile items are wrapped in sufficient protective material to reach you intact and undamaged. The handling charge will vary according to the nature of the protective material, for instance, a small watercolour painting will require less and very different shipping materials to glassware. If you are purchasing multiple items, please contact our sales team for a combined shipping and handling quote.

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.


All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.  If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.


You can track your order for an Estimated Time of Arrival from Australia Post website.

For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the tracking facility provided on the Australia Post website.

You will need to sign for your order when it arrives. If you are not available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. It is your responsibility to collect this parcel in a timely manner.

 We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier. We are not responsible for any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including (but not limited to) any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
